Country: Uganda Name of Project: Uganda Secondary Education Expansion Project (USEEP) Contract Title: Supply and Delivery of assorted furniture for Classrooms, ICT and Science Laboratories, Multipurpose Halls and Administration Blocks for 72 New Secondary Schools in 9 lots under the Uganda Secondary Education Expansion Project (USEEP) Loan No./Credit No. 6754-UG / Grant No.: D701-UG RFB Reference No.: MoES-USEEP/SUPLS/26-27/00009 - 1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9 Issued on: 8th October, 2026 The Government of Uganda received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of implementing the Uganda Secondary Education Expansion Project (USEEP) , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of assorted furniture for Classrooms, ICT and Science Laboratories, Multipurpose Halls and Administration Blocks for 72 New Secondary Schools in 9 lots under the Uganda Secondary Education Expansion Project (USEEP). For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank's Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing, except for those payments, which the contract provides to be made through letter of credit. Bidders may Bid for one or several contracts/lots, as further defined in the request for bids document. Bidders wishing to offer discounts will be allowed to do so, provided those discounts are included in the Letter of Bid.
