Reproductive Health Uganda is seeking a consultant or consulting team to develop a Feminist MEAL informed Community Scorecard for teenage pregnancy prevention and reduction in the Bukedi Region. The assignment will support community participation, dialogue and accountability in Butalejja, Busia and Tororo districts.
