• Sam Iga Memorial College has collected funds for the above subject.
• Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method.
• Interested bidders may obtain further information from the entity and inspect the bidding documents from 9:00am to 4:30pm during official working days (Monday -Friday).
• Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application at Sam Iga Memorial College upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 500,000/= (five hundred thousand shillings only) by cash in the bursar’s office.
• Bids will then be picked from the Procuring and Disposing Unit, Sam Iga Memorial College upon presentation of proof of payment.
• Deadline for submission of bids shall be on 5th November 2026 at 11:00am
