ABRIDGED BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN BIDDING
The Office of the President Ministry for Kampala Capital City and Metropolitan Affairs has received funding from the World Bank and the French Development Agency for implementation of the Greater Kampala Metropolitan Area – Urban Development Program (GKMA-UDP), now invites proposals from eligible consultants to provide the following consulting services:

Subject of Procurement
Frame work contract for the provision of design services for Markets and Skilling Centres in the Greater Kampala Metropolitan Area for a period of three (03) years
Proposal Securing Declaration Required
The RFP document (s) shall be inspected and issued at Procurement & Disposal Unit, Ministry of Kampala Capital City and Metropolitan Affairs, from 8.00am to 5.00pm
A pre-proposal meeting shall be held on 29th October 2026 at 10:00 am at the Ministry of Kampala Capital City and Metropolitan Affairs offices at Windsor Crescent, Windsor House (1st Floor).
The deadline for proposal submission shall be at 27th November, 2026 at 10:30 a.m EAT

The procurements by Ministry of Kampala Capital City and Metropolitan Affairs are regulated by the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Authority.
